We launched Outple during the COVID-19 Pandemic as we observed that accepted working practices across the world were changing. Corporations became open to the concept of home working, to engaging talent internationally, diversity of thought and talent became very relevant and businesses found an opportunity to further optimise their operational expenses. We saw this as a great opportunity to leverage our strong relationships and to empower and support the development of talent on the continent of Africa.  

Two years following our launched in November 2020 and we are now servicing a portfolio of 5 clients across 3 business sectors in 4 different geographies over a two year horizon.
